About THAI TOSHIBA ELECTRIC IND.

THAI TOSHIBA ELECTRIC, based in Thailand, was founded in 1969 and is a manufacturer of a wide variety of household appliances, all of which are intended to be safely packaged for use by the end customer. Approximately 1700 employees work at the site in Nonthaburi.

THE PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

For the packaging of electronic devices, it is particularly important that the EPS molded parts are removed from the molding machine as dry as possible. One requirement was therefore low residual moisture.
Furthermore, production efficiency was to be increased by shorter cycle and mould change times. The EMMotion 1.6 moulding machine fulfilled all these requirements with great ease.

The Cooperation

After shipment of the equipment, the molding machine was quickly commissioned, despite the travel restrictions in force at the time. Not least because of the excellent cooperation between the Erlenbach service team and the employees of THAI TOSHIBA ELECTRIC IND.
