Effective training in your local plant

The aim of this training was clearly defined: “local know how building, increasing of machine capacity and minimizing of the cycle times by optimized parameter settings” Mr. Sigfried Wilding, also Managing Director at EPS Industries, explains.

About EPS Industries GmbH

Company EPS Industries GmbH from Kärnten is a big manufacturer around the product EPS insulating panels. Since 2009, not only insulating panels, applicated from roof to base of your building, but also EPS packaging parts and technical moulding parts were produced on Erlenbach moulding machines and block moulding unit.

The result

„Due to the practical mediation of the contents, the staff got a better process understanding and could substantially increase the existing performance targerts.” says Sigfried Wilding.

Currently, Mr. Dominic Hannosy is in contact with the EPS Industries‘ Team to organize a similar training for further staff.

The co-operation

In total 4 persons had the opputunity to participate a training, which included also theoretical as well as pratical elements. Erlenbach’s trainer Dominic Hannosy explained media such as water, air and steam, pointed out the most important technical components of the block moulding unit concerning the maintenance works and informed the team about optimum storage times. Then, the EPS Industries Team produced EPS blocks firstly as usual, in order to learn the optimized adjustments from Dominic Hannosy directly afterwards.

The Erlenbach-Plus

At each Erlenbach training it is important to set a focus and also to react on personal questions of the staff. Despite similar elements of Erlenbach’s trainings the demands of each individual customer in each plant is different and will be considered, if possible.
